The MS4 NMSA Stormwater Community Training Hub has been launched!
The NMSA Stormwater Community Training Hub (SCTH) is a comprehensive platform that provides access to stormwater-focused training needed for permit compliance.
The Hub also provides communities with their own learning management system (LMS).
Communities can host existing training content and automate learner participation and generate information on meeting training goals and requirements for MS4 program annual reporting.

Phase II & Non-Traditional MS4s
NMSA MS4 Member Rates:

Additional bulk rate discounts available for MS4 groups (e.g., municipal districts, coalitions, etc.).
