The MS4 NMSA Stormwater Community Training Hub has been launched!
The NMSA Stormwater Community Training Hub (SCTH) is a comprehensive platform that provides not only access to stormwater-focused training needed for permit compliance, but it also provides communities with their own learning management system (LMS) that can host existing training content and automate learner participation and generate information on meeting training goals and requirements for MS4 program annual reporting.

Phase I MS4s & Department of Transportation

Phase II & Non-Traditional MS4s
IDDE-only = $3,200
All courses = $6,400
