NMSA’s mission is to represent ALL organizations who have an interest in supporting the MS4 sector and promoting efforts to accelerate the maturation of stormwater on all fronts.

Many different groups and professionals are engaged in the stormwater sector. NMSA membership reflects this diversity and provides opportunities for not only state and regional organizations to join NMSA, but individual MS4s as well as groups of MS4s to join as well. Note that all MS4 NMSA members also are members of the Stormwater Testing and Evaluation for Products and Practices (STEPP) program - see the "STEPP" button in the menu for more information.  Other organizations, such as consulting firms, technologists, and law firms can join as well as other nonprofit organizations who have ties to the stormwater sector.

Please see the information associated with each membership type and the associated membership fees for each.
